With the setting of Paris in 1910, this animated film picked up the story about a monster giant flea tangible good at singing and playing music.
Starting from the fad two friends, Raoul and Emile are mixing chemical concoctions in a lab to make a bug mutates into a monster. Without them knowing one mixed herbs are herbs that beautify the sound. So the monster can sing beautifully.
The monster who escapes from the lab finally roaming in the city. All citizens who met with monsters was hysterical and away. But not with Lucille, a cafe singer who even took pity on him. Lucille even named Francoeur, and invited him to sing on one stage.
Long story short, a monster who should be feared instead become a true entertainer. Versatility to play a musical instrument and beautiful sound can hypnotize many visitors cafe.
But the popularity Francoeur did not last long when a high-ranking city hunt and wanted to kill him, for the sake of office. That's when Raoul, Emile and Lucille desperately working to save Francoeur.
Unique story ideas, as well as the beautiful voice of the players is the mainstay of this film. Simple conflict that created quite stressful, suitable to watch with the family. (CF)
